Studio Yoga Classes

My Teaching Approach

As both a yoga teacher and mental health therapist, I bring a trauma-informed perspective to my classes. I strive to create a supportive environment where students feel empowered to listen to their bodies, make choices that feel right for them, and move at their own pace.

My classes often incorporate:

  • Mindful movement

  • Breath awareness

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Rest and recovery

  • Opportunities for reflection and self-connection

  • Modifications to support a variety of bodies and experience levels

You are always encouraged to honor your own experience and participate in ways that feel supportive for you.

Current Classes

I currently teach classes at Hridaya Yoga BV in the Buena Vista area. Offerings may include gentle flow, yin yoga, restorative practices, and special workshops throughout the year.

A Practice of Meeting Yourself Where You Are

In my own healing journey, there were times when words were not enough. Yoga provided an opportunity to reconnect with myself through movement, breath, and awareness. That experience continues to shape both my teaching and my belief that healing often happens when we learn to meet ourselves with patience, curiosity, and compassion.

I would be honored to practice alongside you.

A Space to Slow Down, Reconnect, and Care for Yourself

Yoga offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with yourself through movement, breath, and mindful awareness. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, my classes are designed to be welcoming, accessible, and supportive of your individual experience.

I believe yoga is not about achieving the perfect pose or pushing yourself beyond your limits. Instead, it is an opportunity to cultivate awareness, curiosity, and compassion toward yourself exactly as you are in this moment.
