Clinical Supervision in Colorado
Grow Into the Therapist You Want to Become
Clinical supervision is about more than completing hours toward licensure. It is a space to develop your clinical judgment, strengthen your confidence, explore the challenges that arise in this work, and begin discovering who you are as a therapist.
I offer supportive, collaborative clinical supervision for counselors in Colorado who are working toward licensure and looking for a space where they can bring questions, uncertainty, difficult cases, successes, and the parts of being a therapist that aren't always talked about.
You don't need to have everything figured out before walking into supervision. My role is not to shape you into a particular kind of therapist, but to help you develop the knowledge, self-awareness, clinical skills, and confidence to become the therapist you want to be.
My Approach to Clinical Supervision
I believe some of the most meaningful professional growth happens when we feel supported enough to be curious, ask questions, acknowledge what we don't know, and reflect honestly on our work.
My approach to supervision is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed. Rather than approaching supervision from a place of having all the answers, I see it as a space for us to think together—exploring clinical decisions, considering different perspectives, strengthening your skills, and helping you develop greater trust in your own clinical judgment.
There is also a human being behind the role of therapist. This work can be meaningful, challenging, exhausting, and deeply personal. Supervision can include conversations about boundaries, burnout, vicarious trauma, self-awareness, and how your own experiences may show up in the therapy room.
My hope is that supervision becomes a space where you can grow not only in clinical competence, but also in confidence, authenticity, and connection to the kind of therapist you want to be.
Experience I Bring to Supervision
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), I bring more than 17 years of experience in the mental health field and more than 13 years of experience as a therapist to my work with supervisees.
