INDIVIDUAL THERAPY SESSION/INDIVIDUAL TCTSY SESSION:

55 minute session- $180

80 minute session-$270

*Many people prefer 80 minutes for EMDR sessions as they are more effective/productive with that timeframe.

PRIVATE VIRTUAL YOGA CLASS:

60 minute session: $120.00

30 minute session: $60.00

PAYMENT:

I accept FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account) as well as all major credit cards.

INSURANCE:

A Grounding Place, LLC is a private-pay, out-of-network provider. While I don't accept insurance directly, your insurance plan may have out-of-network benefits, which means that they will reimburse you for a portion of our session cost. I can provide a superbill for reimbursement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session please cancel 24 hours in advance, otherwise you may be charged for the full rate of your session
