Meet Adrienne

I believe healing happens through connection, compassion, and feeling truly seen. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you are carrying the weight of grief, trauma, or life's most difficult experiences. My hope is to provide a space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200), and Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F), I bring over 17 years of experience in the mental health field and more than 13 years as a therapist. I specialize in helping adults navigate grief, trauma, loss, and life transitions with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care.

My passion for this work is both professional and personal. Throughout my career, I have sat alongside individuals facing profound loss, trauma, and hardship. My own experiences with grief have also shown me how isolating and overwhelming these experiences can feel. While no two journeys are the same, I understand the importance of having support when life no longer feels familiar. I'm especially passionate about supporting therapists, first responders, yoga teachers, and other helping professionals who are so often accustomed to being the ones caring for everyone else.

My approach integrates traditional talk therapy with EMDR and Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), recognizing that grief and trauma affect both the mind and body. Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you, creating space for both your pain and your capacity for healing.

Originally from the East Coast, I moved to Colorado after earning my Master's Degree in Mental Health Community Counseling from The College of Saint Rose in New York. Drawn by the mountains, sunshine, and love of outdoor adventure, I quickly found Colorado to be home.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy yoga, reading, baking, paddle boarding, swimming, traveling, and spending time with my husband and dog.
