Trauma & Grief Therapy for Adults Throughout Colorado
When life no longer feels like the one you knew, healing is possible.
You Don't Have to Carry This Alone
Perhaps life looks normal on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed by loss, weighed down by past experiences, or exhausted from carrying it all on your own. Grief and trauma can make it difficult to feel connected to yourself, others, and life as you once knew it.
Whether you've recently experienced a loss, have been carrying pain for years, or simply know something doesn't feel quite right, you don't have to navigate it alone.
Healing Happens at Your Own Pace
Healing isn't about forgetting what you've been through or pretending it didn't happen. It's about creating enough safety to carry your experiences differently.
I help adults throughout Colorado navigate grief, trauma, and life transitions with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care. Together, we can create space for your pain while helping you reconnect with yourself and move toward healing.
For those who spend their lives caring for others, I specialize in working with therapists, mental health professionals, first responders, yoga teachers, and other helping professionals navigating burnout, compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, grief, and trauma.
Therapy for Helping Professionals
A Gentle, Integrative Approach
My approach integrates traditional talk therapy with EMDR and Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), recognizing that grief and trauma affect both the mind and body. Rather than expecting you to "move on" or "get over" your experiences, our work focuses on helping you process them at your own pace while reconnecting with your strengths and the parts of yourself that may feel lost.
As both a therapist and someone who has experienced profound loss, I understand how isolating and overwhelming these experiences can feel. While every journey is unique, I know the importance of having support when life no longer feels familiar.
What You Can Expect
Therapy is not about fixing you—because you are not broken.
Together we'll create a space where you can make sense of your experiences, recognize patterns that no longer serve you, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and authentic.
Over time, many clients find themselves feeling more grounded, more connected, and more hopeful about the future.

Hi, I'm Adrienne
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in grief, trauma, and life transitions. As an EMDR-trained therapist and Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator, I integrate evidence-based and body-based approaches to help adults reconnect with themselves and move toward healing.
I believe healing begins in a relationship where you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are—with no expectation to have it all figured out.
“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”
