Helping you move through trauma, grief, and life's challenges with greater steadiness, self-compassion, and resilience.
Regulating Through Hardship Workshop
Regulating Through Hardship: A Two-Part Healing Workshop for Trauma and Grief
Life can change in an instant. Whether you're carrying the weight of grief or navigating the impact of trauma, it can be difficult to know where to begin.
Regulating Through Hardship is a supportive two-part workshop designed to help you build practical tools for navigating difficult experiences with greater steadiness, self-compassion, and resilience. Through a combination of psychoeducation, guided exercises, relaxation practices, mindful movement, and reflective activities, you'll learn ways to reconnect with yourself during times of stress and uncertainty.
This workshop is not about "getting over" what you've been through. Rather, it offers a gentle space to better understand how trauma and grief impact the mind and body while developing skills that can support healing and regulation in everyday life.
Together, we will explore:
How trauma and grief affect the nervous system
Practical tools for emotional regulation and grounding
Strategies for expanding your window of tolerance
Guided imagery and container exercises for managing overwhelm
Mindful movement and body-based practices to support healing
Opportunities for reflection, self-awareness, and connection
Whether your hardship is recent or something you've carried for years, this workshop offers a compassionate environment to slow down, learn, and reconnect with your inner resources.
You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes healing starts with simply creating space to pause, breathe, and take the next step forward.
Space is limited to support a meaningful and engaging experience. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
We invite you to reach out to receive our interest form to determine whether this workshop is a good fit for your needs at this time.
The goal is not to erase pain, but to develop the capacity to hold it with greater steadiness and care.
