About Adrienne
Adrienne Burns grew up on the East Coast and moved to Colorado after earning her master’s degree in Mental Health Community Counseling from The College of Saint Rose in Central New York. She was drawn to Colorado for the sunshine, mountains, and her love of outdoor adventure.
Adrienne is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) and Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F). She has worked in the mental health field for over 17 years and has been practicing as a therapist for more than 13 years. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of settings and with diverse populations, gaining extensive experience in the areas of trauma, grief, and loss.
Adrienne is known for her compassionate, warm, and supportive approach. She strives to create a space where clients feel welcomed, safe, and understood as they work through life’s most difficult experiences.
Outside of her work as a therapist, Adrienne enjoys yoga, reading, baking, paddle boarding, swimming, traveling, and spending time with her husband and dog.
