Clinical Supervision in Colorado
Supportive, Collaborative Supervision for Growth and Development
Clinical supervision is more than meeting licensure requirements. It is an opportunity to deepen your clinical skills, strengthen your professional identity, and develop greater confidence in your work with clients.
I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where supervisees feel comfortable bringing questions, challenges, successes, and areas of uncertainty. My goal is to provide a space that encourages both professional growth and self-reflection while helping you develop confidence in your clinical decision-making.
My Approach to Supervision
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) with over 17 years of experience in the mental health field and more than 13 years as a therapist, I bring experience working with a variety of populations and clinical concerns.
My areas of specialty include:
Trauma
Grief and loss
PTSD and complex trauma
Addiction and recovery
EMDR
Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY)
Integrating body-based approaches into treatment
I approach supervision through a lens of curiosity, collaboration, and lifelong learning. I believe some of the most meaningful professional growth occurs when we feel supported enough to explore challenges openly and honestly.
What Supervision May Include
Supervision may focus on:
Case conceptualization
Treatment planning
Ethical decision-making
