“The yoga pose is not the goal. Becoming flexible is not the goal. Standing on your hands is not the goal. The goal is serenity. Balance. Truly finding peace in your own skin.”

Yoga
I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and completed my 300-hour certification through the Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) program. TCTSY is a scientifically validated, yoga-based clinical intervention designed to support individuals who have experienced complex trauma and PTSD.
I strive to make my yoga offerings accessible to everyone. Whether you are new to yoga, have an established practice, or fall somewhere in between, classes and sessions are designed so that each person can participate in a way that feels comfortable and supportive for their body and experience.
I also integrate yoga and movement into individual therapy sessions to help clients feel more calm, grounded, and connected to their bodies. In my own healing journey, there were times when words were not enough, and gentle movement allowed me to process emotions in a different way. Because of this, I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are and using movement, breath, and awareness as additional tools for healing and growth.
Wherever you are in your journey, I will meet you there and support you as you move toward healing.
